The rules

Booker never decides.It reads, and it carries.

Every rule lives in the engine, not in the model, so a smarter model can never widen its own authority. Here is what that means for the people in the house.

No reply means no.Silence never approves a showing. A request stays pending until the person who has to say yes actually says it.
Notice is notice.24 hours means 24 hours. Booker checks every slot against the unit’s notice, window and buffer.
A yes can be withdrawn.Reply NO at any time, even after confirmation. Everyone holding that time is told.
Access is a separate gate.A confirmation never includes a code. Booker never texts or stores one; entry stays with the listing agent.
Nobody is left holding time.When a tour is cancelled or trimmed, everyone who agreed to hold the slot gets a stand-down.
STOP means stop.Opt-out is honored before anything else is read. Someone who isn’t opted in is never texted.

Each unit carries its own showing mode, notice, window and buffer. Booker asks exactly the people the mode names, and nobody else.
